Please read this Affiliate Agreement:

This agreement involves you, the person you are referring to QuickSites+ (the Referral) and QuickSites+.

1. QuickSites+ extends the offer of a Referral Bonus for every referral that you make to QuickSites+. Referral Bonuses are paid for each new client that you refer to QuickSites+. QuickSites+ agrees to pay you $100 commission upon receipt of payment from the client.

2. Payment of the Referral Bonus is paid at the end of the month and based on client payments. All payments are made in Canadian Dollars based on the exchange rate at the time the check is printed. The Referral must have payments up to date, with no chargebacks or returns or NSF checks.

3. Your Affiliate Account must be fully registered and approved by QuickSites+ through completion of this agreement in order to be paid.

4. Payouts are made to Affiliates with an account balance of a minimum of $20. All payouts are made in Canadian Dollars, on a check drawn on a Canadian Bank.

5. There is no limit amount to Referral Bonuses to be paid out, and there is no maximum lifetime Referral Bonus payout, however you cannot refer yourself as a client and be elligble for a commission.

6. QuickSites+ WILL NOT tolerate any affiliate marketing via unsolicited mail (SPAM), offensive, or other frowned upon marketing techniques.

7. QuickSites+, and its principals, agents and assigns, reserve the right to modify, waive, override or cancel this offer or any part of it, at any time, for any specific program, offer, affiliate, referral or person, and for any reason, without further notice. QuickSites+ also reserves the right to unilaterally accept, reject, withdraw or terminate any specific Affiliate Agreement or program for any reason. In all cases, the decision of QuickSites+ is final.

8. Completion and submission of this form to QuickSites+ indicates that you have read, understood and agree to abide by this Affiliate Agreement and any updates or revisions that may be made in the future.
